Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your exchange is approved, the process will be completed within 11 days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
